A little bit about the Chiropractor

Dr. Ted Reataza is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for hands-on care, specialising in chiropractic adjustments for the neck, mid, and lower back. He treats a wide range of conditions, including disc bulges, degenerative joint issues, chronic and acute lower back pain, and sciatica. He also has a strong interest in managing headaches and offers adjustments for the arms and legs, helping with conditions such as tennis and golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, hip and knee bursitis, and ankle sprains.

Dr. Reataza has been in practice since 2008 and holds a Master’s in Clinical Chiropractic. His work in rural communities has given him valuable insight into how different lifestyles and occupations affect the body. From desk workers with posture-related tension, to tradespeople, hospitality staff, factory workers, and farmers with physically demanding tasks — Ted has helped relieve pain and improve mobility for a wide range of people.

Outside of work, Ted values a balanced lifestyle. He enjoys the outdoors, quality time with family, friends, and community. His pastimes include photography and theology. Committed to his faith, this continues to shape both his personal and professional life.
