FAQ

How can Chiropractic care help?

Chiropractors are trained to assess and treat musculoskeletal issues like back pain, neck pain, and headaches. They also support rehabilitation, lifestyle advice, and promote overall well-being.

Is Chiropractic Care Safe?

Chiropractors use precise, skill-based techniques, not force. Care is generally very safe, especially compared to more invasive treatments. Like all healthcare, there is a small risk of side effects, but they are rare.

What Is a Chiropractic Adjustment?

A chiropractic adjustment is a targeted movement used to improve joint function and mobility. It helps restore motion, function, and energy to areas that aren’t moving well.

Adjustments may involve a quick thrust or slower pressure using hands or instruments. A popping sound may be heard — this is simply gas being released from the joint.

Do Adjustments Hurt?

Most people find adjustments comfortable and relieving. Some may feel slight soreness afterward, but this is usually mild and short-lived.
